Sayang, since you're already bleeding at 5 weeks and saw a doctor, please follow up with him/her again or go to the nearest clinic/hospital if the bleeding gets heavier or you feel dizzy , bleeding in early pregnancy memang kena monitor closely. A few of my mum friends went through spotting early on and alhamdulillah turned out okay, tapi ada jugak yang ended up in miscarriage, so the important thing is don't self-diagnose, follow your doctor's advice, and go back if anything changes (like cramping gets worse or bleeding doesn't slow down).
