Normal ke nk masuk 17 week kaki dh bengkak ?

Ahhh normal je, especially bila dah masuk second trimester! A few of my mum friends dah start bengkak around that time juga, pasal hormones and the weight of baby putting pressure on your legs, tapi memang kena monitor lah. Kalau bengkak tu parah-parah gitu or ada redness, warmth, or calf pain, better check with your doc just to be safe, okay? Drink plenty of water, elevate your legs whenever you can, and avoid standing too long, memang helps kami all when the swelling gets annoying!
