Is this enough water for my confinement bath?

I used roughly the same amount when I was in confinement. I used about one scoop to wet my body before shampooing and lathering with soap. The rest of the water would be used to rinse off the soapsuds. This amount was more than enough for me actually. You can follow the instructions on the packet of confinement bath herbs to see how much water you should use.
