Hi, You can take Vitamin B-complex even without the doctor's prescription as if not good then it won't do any harm either. But I suggest, taking supplements though seem the easiest option but sometimes they end up leaving their depositions in the body as sometimes we take vitamins that are not even required. I suggest, best is, eat healthy and nutritious diet. Do not eat till the brim, rather have small meals. Since, running around with the child makes one tired by the end of the day, it is important we eat healthy. Eat lots of green veggies, drink milk atleast two times, takes nuts, fruits, homed juices, curd, cheese, butter, ghee should also be in the diet.

I have heard of mothers taking supplement for vitamin B to help boost their energy. Unfortunately, I do not know of anyone who has tried that. You can also try some of these suggestions in this article (http://www.webmd.com/parenting/family-health-12/energy-tips-moms) which includes drinking more water, taking a bath or shower, take a break for yourself, exercise, eat a healthy breakfast, keeping blood sugar steady, changing your clothes, sleep, spending quality time with your child.

Hi, Most of us have the habit of taking supplements on the recommendations of relatives or take them off the counter ourselves, which I believe one must not do. We do not know what deficiency is there in our body and taking supplements randomly sometimes can end up doing bad to us than good. I suggest no matter how irrelevant it may sound to you but you must consult your doctor before taking any supplement so that you take what is required in your body and not what you think.

Guarana works! You can find capsules at GNC. http://bit.ly/2fW2Vec Or they can also be found in energy drink form, but u may wanna consult PD if u are nursing (and better not take it if you're pregnant as caffeine content is high) Note: there are side effects for some ppl - the same with caffeine such as insomnia, restlessness, nausea etc. If it doesnt suit you, then should cease usage. Try have a weekend away and sleep! :)

This is a problem I have heard many of my friends discuss. You can try lifepak (multi vitamin) from pharmanex, Vitamin Bcomplex, Ginseng and Vitamin B12 tablets. They are all easily available in the market. However, you must consult with your GP before starting the dose.

Hahaha.. Dear mama, all you need is a breather. A day off if possible. Nice bath, nice meal and undisturbed well rested night. That will perk and boost you up. Its normal to be exhausted day in and out. I admit it, im a bad mom :)

The best vitamin you can get is come from nature, consume more fruits and vegetables. Consult with doctor if you think you need to cunsume any supplements. Also drink enough water to keep your body hydrated

you can try going for the B12 and ginseng tablets as they have no apparent side effects. but just to be on the safer side, i would suggest you do speak to your doc once.

I would suggest that you go to a GP and run a blood test to see whether you are deficient in any particular vitamin/s before blindly taking supplements!
