How to manage constipation?

Am in week 4 - week 5 of pregnancy and I realised that I'm getting constipation even though I'm eating lesser (due to the feel of full) and more balanced meals but stil having constipation and abit gassy/bloated. I do also drink plenty of water. Any useful remedy to manage constipation and the bloated feeling?
