Reduced urination in week 8

I don’t know if I’m worrying excessively but i seem to be having reduced frequency of urination. I have been drinking quite a bit but I don’t find myself visiting the toilet often even though it is expected I should be frequently going to the toilet during my first trimester. My tummy feels bloated and my back aches and I seem to be having some extent of constipation. Can constipation cause reduced urination frequency? I don’t feel the urge to go to the toilet. I also don’t have any signs of UTI like pain when i urinate and fever. Does anybody experience this too?
