Should I take epi?

I'm at my third trimester and super nervous about giving birth.... I heard laughing gas helps but not a lot... don't know if should I take epi

laughing Gas made me high too but not much help plus so expensive! haha in the end I opted for Epi, then I had to go through ECS.. this 2nd time around I will just epi and relax, another CS 😂
