Should I take epi?

I'm at my third trimester and super nervous about giving birth.... I heard laughing gas helps but not a lot... don't know if should I take epi

laughing Gas made me high too but not much help plus so expensive! haha in the end I opted for Epi, then I had to go through ECS.. this 2nd time around I will just epi and relax, another CS 😂

it's a personal choice, for me I took the gas until I was 6-7cm dilated and I couldn't take it anymore so I took epi

Laughing gas didn’t work for me too

I took epi. I don’t regret it

epidural is a lifesaver. 😂
