Hi, im new here and i just reach at week 6 ? Any recommendation for prenatal vitamins (halal)? Update: Thank u all for ur recommendations. Unfotunately, im no longer pregnant ? However i will continue taking folid acid.

for 1st trimester all you need is folic acid, my gynae only gave me fish oil, iron and calcium after reached 2nd trimester

Only folic acid for 1st trimester. Second trimester onwards gynae will prescribe

Doctor only prescribe folic acid for 1st trimester :)
