Aww mama, that sounds really exhausting❤️ Lack of sleep can definitely trigger headaches, and having a lingering flu and cough on top of pumping every 3 hours is a lot for your body to handle.
One thing I'd keep an eye on is whether the headaches improve after rest, hydration, or eating. Breastfeeding and pumping mums can get dehydrated quite easily. If you're postpartum and having severe headaches, headaches with high blood pressure, vision changes, dizziness, or swelling, do get checked again as those can sometimes need medical attention.
For the day-to-day, try to nap whenever you can (I know, easier said than done 😅), drink plenty of fluids, and don't skip meals. If you have support at home, even a longer stretch of sleep once in a while can make a huge difference.
Hope you feel better soon, mama. The newborn stage can be really rough, especially when you're unwell yourself 💕
