Fever Night 🕺

Hi to all mummy’s I been having fever for four day’s and it only come at night when night time at 7+ pm I suddenly got fever and it will got up when midnight time and I can’t even get to sleep well the symptoms of my fever is like having a first Covid headache, backaches, flu and cough and I’m 19 weeks tomorrow’ will it effect my baby ?
