Postpartum headache

I'm having headache almost daily especially when I missed my napping periods between each pump. Halp. And my flu and cough persist for 2 weeks. Seen a doctor but I think it's the lack of sufficient sleep thanks to the 3 h interval pump... how do I sustain this period without falling sick or getting a headache... #postpartum #confinement #headache

Omg the 3hr pump schedule is really no joke 😔 the headaches are almost definitely from the sleep deprivation. A few things that helped me - try to nap the moment baby sleeps even if it’s just 20min, and make sure u’re drinking enough water cos dehydration makes headaches so much worse especially when pumping. For the flu lingering so long, ur immune system is just very run down rn. Ask ur doctor if u can take vitamin C supplements while BF. Hang in there 💖

Anyone had experience with Dr Pradip at NUH?

Hello just wondering if anyone has any experience with Dr Pradip at NUH or the Midwives at NUH?

He trained at NUH and graduated with Dean's List honours, so his credentials are solid, though I'd weigh that against whether his subspecialty focus matches what you actually need. Might be worth checking what trimester you're in and whether you're considered higher risk, since that affects how much you'd benefit from seeing someone in his division versus a general O&G.

Baby shrugging left shoulder.

My 6 month old baby will randomly shrug her left shoulder, tucking in her neck. Sometimes I thought it looks like spasm but it doesn’t match doctor’s description. Anyone had that experience?

Sorry, No experience with that. How about checking it again with the doctor. He may check it again and explain you.
