No labor sign on EDD

Im ftm, entering 3rd trim and would like to know. Im under KKH subsidised. Since we dont have a “gynae” to contact, What do we do if there is still no labor sign on our EDD? Do we still wait at home or go to hospital ? How do we know if we will get induced due to overdue? At which week will be our very last antenatal appointment? #FTM
