post natal massages after birth

How do we take care of our body after birth if we are not allowed to have post natal massage during this period? Will our body be saggy and all? Ftm and Edd is in a few mths time but im afraid some rules still wont be lifted.. ?

Actually there’re lots of things you can do at home on your own, including workouts with your baby, pilates, etc. I lost all my pregnancy weight and even more without a post natal massage. I’ve been breastfeeding and looking after the kids. That’s tiring enough 😅
