Lactose intolerance

Hi I'm a first time mum. I wanted to add maternal milk on my diet but the thing is I have a low tolerance on lactose,it tends to upset my tummy no matter how less I consumed😔.what to do?

You don’t need maternal milk If you have a balanced Diet . Check with ur gynae

Go doc and they can prescribe you in the form of pills/capsules.
