Complicated pregnancy?

I'm currently pregnant, & estimated 12 weeks preggy. I had 4 weeks of bedrest kasi may nakitang bleeding s loob ng bahay bata. Nag take din aq ng pampakapit yung duphaston, at meron ding isoxilan para sa paninigas. I'm worried, I feel na parang masilan ata ako mag buntis. 1st time q magbuntis eh.
