Post Partum

I'm currently about 4 months plus after giving birth. Have been experiencing dizzy spells and nauseous lately. Does anyone of you experience that? What could be the cause? I'm currently pumping still.

Yes, I experience this and also headache. My blood pressure is low cos of fatigue, lack of sleep. I also eat iron rich food.
