I'm currently about 4 months plus after giving birth. Have been experiencing dizzy spells and nauseous lately. Does anyone of you experience that? What could be the cause? I'm currently pumping still.
Have you been eating/resting well? I get dizzy spells on days that I don’t sleep enough, especially if the night was rough.
Is the nausea always there? Or related to food/any activity? Are you sexually active again?
