7 weeks is a very delicate and crucial time period. Please take good care of your body and avoid anything that can bring potential risks, just to be safe. You can try doing some simple prenatal yoga stretching to relax your muscles.
Not wanting to scare you but just sharing my personal experience. I overestimated my own body and health, was stubborn in continuing my usual activities in early pregnancy. I ended up losing my pregnancy at 9 weeks. It is a very painful lesson and I don't wish for anyone to go through that.
