I'm currently on my 16 weeks + 4 days pregnancy with my twins. And yes its first time pregnancy. So I really worried and nervous. I don't feel any movement or kick from my twins and no baby bump showing. Can any mothers tell me what to do?

For first pregnancy, the kicks or movements can be felt little late. Around 20+ weeks. Also, bump size depends on many factors including your body type. Take care.
