I'm currently on my 16 weeks + 4 days pregnancy with my twins. And yes its first time pregnancy. So I really worried and nervous. I don't feel any movement or kick from my twins and no baby bump showing. Can any mothers tell me what to do?

16 weeks might be early if you're first time mom...you only start feeling the movements somewhere around 20 weeks. Good luck! Don't worry 😊
