Hi mommy, learn deep breathing. Inhale and exhale. Kapag mafeel mo na magpapanic ka na divert mo agad sarli mo sa ibang bagay. Feed your mind with positive thoughts.

Welcome mommy. Pag aralan mo ano ba nag tritriger sayo ng anxiety mo. Need mo din ng rest, kapag stress out and pagod minsan factor din yun. Above else, always pray and surrender it to the Lord.

Kamusta ka naman po now? Nagtetake ka po ba meds? Parang nakakatakot mag meds. Pregy din ako tpos minsan feeling ko mgsstart divert ko dn attention ko.
