27weeks pregnant and worried
im already going onto my third trimester but it seems like i have lost appetite and it's like nothing excites me anymore(referring to food). i need help.

Oh dear. While you don’t have appetite, do try to drink Milo or Horlicks and don’t skip meals. Do eat small frequent meals, fruits and nutritious food.

Turning 32 weeks and me too. 😭 So i try eating more fruits and vege to help the nutrition part. I only eat a few spoon of rice a day
Sour food maybe ?
