39 Weeks
I'm already at 39 weeks pregnant , is it okay if i could still go out & walk , take a fresh air or do i have to stay home till my labour ?
39 and 2days may lumalabas na skin na whitespot sign na ba to na manganganak na ako?.
39 week 4days. Masih beraya sana sini. Cuma tak tahan kaki bengkak sgt je la.
It's fine as long as youre not into a big crowd to avoid covid

Better to go out and walk. Just prepare all the things needed.
Yes u can go to nearby garden have a walk. Short walk no issue
its better if you go out and walk more . easier for labor :)
Absolutely :) walking is good especially at this stage.
I walked and climbed the stairs until I was week 40:)
perhaps go for a walk near your home or hospital
