32 weeks breech position

Hi. Im alrdy in my 32 weeks and baby still in breech position. How do I encourage baby to turn heads down? I am very worried to go thru c sect. And my doctor told me baby head is 86 percentile and body 21 percentile. Should i be worried? Help pleae😭
