C section wound

I’m 6 months postpartum, my c sect wound recently hurts a little. Abit of swelling and bumps below the scar. Is this normal?

Thanks for all your inputs. I have done so. He advised nth wrong with wound , just the muscle strained. $230 for this visit 😢
