I'm 29 days postpartum and i still feel my swollen feet.. Never wore compression stockings i got from the hospital, now trying TCM foot soak to get some relieve and it helps though. Bit i can feel the "wind" moving from feet to ankle, not sure whether the foot soak can get it out completely as i dont really pay attention to keeping my feet away from direct aircon every night..

Had the same issue. Was advised to drink more water to flush out the water retention (your body naturally stores water knowing that you're not consuming enough. im guessing its like a survival mechanism thing). Sounds ironic, but it worked for me. Feet went back to normal a few days after. Drank at least 3L daily as im breastfeeding.

mine also like this, and my CN made a hot foot bath with my bath herbs and lemongrass and it helped alot. I also massaged the foot and wore compression sock for a day. It got better next day.

it's normal. I try to massage around the ankle to release some pressure and it went away after around a week

have you tried compression stocking ? research says it does help abit
