Constipated

Hi. I’m 27 weeks pregnant and today is the 4th day that I can’t pass stool. I already drink laxative from OTC (Duphalac) yesterday but still got no urge. I tried sitting in the bathroom for 10-15mins but nothing comes out :( Anyone able to manage constipation or I need to go hospital already. Thank u.

have some walks to help your body naturally, drink warm water too! am having same on/off constipation so I always make sure I move a lot. haha! 😊 hope this helps!

oppps didn't know u had spotting. hope everything goes well and smoothly! 🤗🤗 Yea am trying to move and walk more too as my sciatic nerve pain & cramps getting active already haha!
