Constipated

Hi. I’m 27 weeks pregnant and today is the 4th day that I can’t pass stool. I already drink laxative from OTC (Duphalac) yesterday but still got no urge. I tried sitting in the bathroom for 10-15mins but nothing comes out :( Anyone able to manage constipation or I need to go hospital already. Thank u.
