Dry and cracked nipple

Hi, I'm 27 weeks pregnant and noticed my nipple is dry, rough and cracked. I didn't try to peel it as I'm scared of the pain! Is this normal? I've been applying cream daily and it's still dry and cracked

Hi mama, Try airing your nipples by not wearing a bra? Or changing the size of your bra as it may be too tight?
