Is Ginseng safe during pregnancy?

I'll be going to Korea in a week, and I am looking forward to having their Ginseng Chicken Stew since it's winter. But I'm a bit cautious as to whether it is safe for my pregnancy to consume ginseng.

No, there have been preliminary studies that has shown negative impact on developing fetus, albeit in high concentrations. Would avoid.

No. And a lot of strong herbs as well, especially on the first trimester.
