Super Mum

First food should be very small quantity (2-3 teaspoons) and just a bit after baby has drank milk, since baby should still get most nutrition from milk (I'm assuming baby is about 6 months old?)

Babies are still getting nutrients from milk at this stage hence you should give it along with the feed. What I did was I give my LO her solid food half an hour before her milk time.

Along with feed. Best to do so about half an hour after feed. I introduce food to my LO in the evening after her feed.

Along with the food, do nOt replace entirely in case your lo is a picky eater

Ali g with the feed. Soft boil egg. Mashed baby banana porridge

I don't think egg should be baby's first food especially soft boiled egg...

Hi, I would suggest give the food along with the feed
