If you have found a new job during the mid of the month of maternity leave, what will you do? Notice period is 1 month with about 9 days of annual leaves to clear. Thanks.

I would let the new company know I would want to finish my maternity leave before joining them and if they can't wait then I will not join them. For me in this situation, the priory would be spending more time with the newborn.
