Need help in how to make baby turn downwards at 32 weeks

I'm 32 weeks....if my baby is in a breech position how can I help him to turn downwards

Well they said you can maybe try squats,the knee and hand position or maybe even walking....I did the knee and hand position even though your baby still has a couple of weeks left to turn. I hope this helps.
