Doesn’t matter morning, afternoon... night 😅 Well, it works for me... and yea it’s best to sleep after sex usually after you had sex at night... just go to sleep straight. I don’t know how to explain but it’s easier for the sperm to flow in and do the job. Last time it took 10 months for me to get pregnant and then I tried the “sleep after sex” I got pregnant immediately. same with my second pregnancy too... did the same method

Buy ovulation kit online (cheaper) , i started using them from about day 11 till day 18 of my cycle! From there, you can determine your fertile window and try! Good luck!

You can try to have sex on alternate days starting from day 14 from your first day of menses, all the way to day 30. This is recommended by my gynae. Good luck 😉

Use ovulation tracker. If one of you is a smoker, try to quit or reduce. Most important don't stress.
