Milk rashes

Hi, my lo keeps putting his hands in his mouth and then touches his whole face including the eyes. Now, theres rashes on both his upper eyelids. How do I prevent this from happening? He keeps scratching them , especially when he is trying to fall asleep. Very stressful to watch. Isit supposed to be itchy too? What can I do?

Choking on saliva while asleep

How long do you actually pump each side? I understand that we need to ‘empty’ the breast but How do you define empty then? I want to prevent excessive pumping so as to prevent from having over supply.
