glucose tolerance test is draw blood or poke small hole on finger to test?

I can't imagine having to draw tubes of blood within 2 hours. One before drinking glucose and one hour after drinking.

Draw blood three times — fasting (before drinking the sugar drink, one hour, two hours).

If you have confirmed with your hospital staff that it is only 2 times of drawing blood then good that you can skip one time. Haha.
