I can't find my child health booklet ( Singapore children's health booklet ) and birth cert..what I should do?

Birth cert is easy. But singapore health booklet u have to get back all the report from hospital is not so easy.

https://www.nir.hpb.gov.sg/nirp/eservices/login Here u can give the immunisation records. Health booklet can buy from hospital or eben polyclinic i think. You call n check
