12th week, red spot in leg which is painful

Hi all, I am sharing my foot's picture. I noticed these red spots(image attached) on base of my foot which is painful when pressed or when walking. Please let me know if anyone went through the same. Is it normal or of concern? TIA

best to check with a dr or ur gynae. it’s not a typical pregnancy symptom if that’s what you are asking
