Red spots (not itchy)

Hi mummies. I just gave birth last week. And last night/today I noticed these red spots on my tummy, arms and palm. Does anyone know what is this? Can I still pump and feed my baby BM?

It’s hard to tell what they are without looking at them, but what I’m guessing is that it might be eczema. You might want to consider consulting a doctor to get it looked at, and get it resolved. Depending on the treatment plan, you may or may not be able to breastfeed.
