Prenatal Vitamins

I seriously hates taking the prenatal vitamins because I usually feels unwell after taking them ???. Any mummies here have same experiences???

I feel the same.... 😔 So I just stop it. And replace it with good food. I force myself to eat even I feel nausea and keep vomit but I told myself it's OK. You must eat. Then after I really finish that hard time I start again to drink.
