I'm getting discomfort from my lower belly. It goes away but when I do feel it, it's really sharp. My question is as I'm in week 13 is it normal

Maybe I didn't say it in the right way. The pain comes when I'm seated but when I open my legs it goes away. But when it's there I feel like lying down or opening my legs
