I informed my boss within the week as I work in the medical field and don’t want exposure to harsh activity or radiation. I will suggest informing boss as soon as you know, in case you have to take leave or sick leave. Informing your close co-workers is good as technically you spend most of the day at work, and they can look out for you. I felt light cramps my entire first trimester. It’s the kind when I would think my menses is coming, so it worried me so much. Honestly, would prefer not feeling the cramps. Don’t worry too much ya. May everything go smoothly
i told my manager im pregnant after i took the test kit..at work...i did not know i was pregnant but my workmates suspect i was as im soo moody and emotional.I even carried heavy things as well at work.its a good thing told them earlier..
I told my boss the next day after finding out im pregnant with my rainbow baby so that she will load me off. And also, don’t overthink too much! In sha Allah, everything will go smoothly! Allah knows best ☺️
After 12 weeks mark, just so they can be prepared for backup and stuff. I didn’t notice any cramps at all tbh. It’s not an indicator for anything.
Best to tell early to ease off some workload in case they are unreasonable.
