I soak my feet in Epsom salt for around 30mins, if can do it daily.. but elderly will say, swelling means going to labour soon le.. as I had it ard 1 month before my labour..
avoid salty food, drink lots of water to counter the fluid retention and dont forget to pee! you take in water, you give out back, to balance your intake and output.
Try to elevate your feet at night time and eat less salt. Unfortunately it's easier to prevent but once you already have swelling it's difficult to go away :(.
I think reduce the salt content in ur food n also put some pillow while sleeping under ur feet
mostly its water tho, dont drink too much water before bed
Don't drink so much water at night especially before bed.
Avoid processed n salty food. Drink lots of water
Drink more water n move about more if possible
Drink lots of water and wear compression socks
Low sodium content food and keep hydrated
