We have the same problem but i consulted my OB about it and she prescribed Duphalac laxative for me to be taken as needed. So far, i have no difficulty in pooping. Also, drinking lots of water and prune juice helps. Eat fiber enriched foods like ripe papaya, oatmeal and green leafy vegetables.

Less carbs momshie.. Then more water or liquid.. Avoid sugary or carbonated drinks. Liquid intake means soup, or masabaw na ulam.. Gulay, and fruits! Before you know it everyday ka na napupunta ng CR in a healthy way ☺️
