Csect mom here too. Didn't use any other birth control aft my first, just condom and keeping track of my menses and ovulation schedule. Aft my first csect, we didn't do the deed for abt 4-5 months I think. I was too stressed out abt breastfeeding anw so no mood. Talk to ur hubby if u don't feel comfortable yet to do it. We just use a normal condom, no scent or some weird texture (tried the dotted textural one tt's supposed to increase sensitivity and pleasure but i hated the feeling and kinda hurt for me). Condoms are fefinitely not as pleasurable but u'll get used to it. Engage in foreplay more before putting on. Use lubricant too. Aft 1 year, we started to ditch the condom at times when it's during my safe days. but my hubby and I had the consensus tt if I were to become pregnant, we will still carry on with the pregnancy. For us we managed to be baby free for abt 2 years before I conceived but unfortunately had 2 miscarriages. But now in the final tri of my pregnancy, almost 3 years apart from my firstborn.
