Hi, I am in my 22weeks pregnancy, and few days back started to have flu, now blocked nose and cough, is the any safe remedy to help me recover faster??

My gynea recommended Otrivin nasal spray and Polarax for flu. Both can be purchased off counter and pharmacy.
