cough and flu

hi baby is 3month old now, does anyone have any idea on a natural remedy to treat cough and flu(runny nose) for baby?

If breastfeeding, maybe mummy can take more vitamin C? Also for blocked nose, I use sterimar baby to clear my baby nose
