I just helped my sister move her bed,cardboard and table . Any mummys do so or what should I do now? So worried if it will affect my baby

Hopefully not an issue of no pain, spotting or bleeding but honestly, you should have avoided and gotten someone else to help your sister instead. Also, no, I have avoided lifting heavy stuff or climbing up and down steps since I got pregnant.
