I heard that pregnant woman cannot raise hand up above the head. Is it true. Anyone have scientific proof?

My mum said cannot raise hand above the head, tried my best to follow her way but it was so inconvenient. So i asked my gynae, he said it’s fine to raise hand up, and it has nothing to do with pregnancy safety. So 🙌🏻🙌🏻
